To further individual self-development and the spiritual and moral development of humanity, in particular through the study and dissemination of the system of knowledge and teaching established by Rudolf Steiner and known as Anthroposophy.

To make a knowledge of Anthroposophy available to all who desire such knowledge. To apply Anthroposophy wherever possible to concrete problems and spheres of human activity. To demonstrate the relevance of Anthroposophy to other branches of knowledge. To arrange such educational, artistic and practical activities as may stimulate individual thought, widen understanding, and deepen artistic appreciation.

To encourage, by means of Anthroposophy, members of differing philosophical schools of thought and differing spiritual backgrounds to understand each other’s point of view and to penetrate to the relationships subsisting between the aspects of reality severally perceived by them.

To provide a meeting ground for persons of all ages, social backgrounds, interests, nationalities races and creeds; to be a place where any person may find either companionship or solitude.
